Hiking challenge bot for Tyumen Hackathon

Telegram bot for Tyumen Hackathon. The task was to create a Telegram bot for online marathon competition. Users supposed to add the amount of steps and meters they walked every day. Bot will summarise them and create top list and statistics. Additionaly to that, I added the ability to find places with the less amount of runners, so the user could avoid crowded places during pandemics.
